"I got another pomeranian puppy that I'd like to introduce to you, her name is Tiara :)," Bynes tweeted today. (Here's hoping little Tiara was adopted, right, Kellan Lutz?) We wish Amanda and her new pup a long, microchipped and secured-house happy life together!
