She first wrote: 'Everyone: I have the worst news to tell you....little angel got out of my house somehow and is LOST.
If anyone finds her I BEG you to please contact me thru twitter, I will give a reward. She means the WORLD to me & I can't find her anywhere. She then posted a picture of the pup with an accompanying note. 'Little Angel is a teacup pomeranian. She is 4 months old and was lost on April 4th. Please help me find her :*('
Bynes is best known for her roles in Hairspray, What A Girl Wants and most recently Easy A. Last year she shocked fans with announcing her retirement from acting after becoming disillusioned with the craft. 'Being an actress isn't as much fun as it may seem,’ she told fans on Twitter.
‘If I don't love something anymore, I stop doing it. I don't love acting anymore, so I've stopped doing it. 'I know 24 is a young age to retire. I've never written the movies and TV shows I've been a part of.
'I've only acted like the characters the producers or directors wanted me to play.’But a month later it seemed she had a change of heart, telling her friends she was returning to the showbiz world. 'I've unretired,' the 24-year-old actress briefly tweeted.
Bynes has been acting professionally since she was seven, when she appeared in an advert for Buncha Crunch sweets. She went onto star in various TV shows including her own series, The Amanda Show, and made the transition to film star with roles in What a Girl Wants and She's The Man. By 2007 she was on the Forbes list as the fifth highest paid celebrity under 21, earning $2.5million.
