Amanda Bynes has been on TV since she was a child, and America has watched her grow up into an amazing, gorgeous, and phenomenal actress. In this interview, Amanda talks about her style, her beauty regimen, and what it was like to design her own clothes!

You've been on television for most of your life. How has your style changed throughout the years?
 My style has definitely evolved over time. I love basics now, like a great pair of skinny jeans, my favorite being J Brand, a simple black pump, love Christian Louboiton, and a classic watch, love my Cartier. I've learned to really wear what looks best on me not necessarily what's the newest "hottest" trend.
You've also designed your own clothing line. How was that experience?

I loved being able to be so fully involved in the creative process of creating a clothing line. I have always loved to draw sketches of clothes and a clothing line is something I would really want to do again in the future.

 What advice do you have for women who are looking to make the most out of their outfit?
I would say to wear what makes you feel confident, comfortable and like you're not trying too hard. I feel like I always look best when I don't over think an outfit and wear what makes me feel happy!

If you're anything close to a celebrity, you spent your weekend catching up on your favorite shows and/or heading out to the movies. "The Office" actress Mindy Kaling loved this weekend's box office champ, Tweeting, "District 9 rocked. British Office meets Alien!" while "Powder Blue" star Sanaa Lathan caught up on some tamer fare at the multiplex, advising, "u gotta go see julie and julia. You'll be so inspired and ms. Streep gives a lesson in GREAT acting." Jennifer Stone of "The Wizards of Waverly Place" rounded out her weekend with some at-home entertainment thanks to cable and we couldn't have put her sentiments any better ourselves, "True Blood and Mad Men! Sunday night is officially bomb!"

And speaking of television, the lineup for the next season of "Dancing With the Stars" was announced today and rock royalty Kelly Osbourne (pictured) is among the quick-stepping contenders. Kelly told fans via Twitter, "thank you for your support, dont forget to vote for me when the time comes i will need all the help i can get! i cant dance to save my life."

Amanda Bynes is a fan of the short, tight mini-dress, and we don't blame her. She looks hot! But she needs to mix it up sometimes (and not just the color either!) Where has Amanda been lately? On TV. She voiced an episode for Family Guy in 2008. She starred in the made-for-tv movie "Living Proof" about a doctor who devotes his life to curing breast cancer. She recently completed filming for "Canned" about investment bankers who get fired on the same day.

What happened to our fave up-and-coming starlet? Girlfriend looks like a mess while running errands in the BH over the weekend! Stringy hair, old sandals and a too-tight pink dress - not hot!

In the Grateful Dead song, “Scarlet Begonias,” Jerry Garcia sings, “Once in a while you get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.”

This lyric ran through my head last night as I watched “NYC Prep,” the reality series about a group of debauched teenagers who, with a little stardust magic from Bravo’s producers, create drama out of nothing to make their lives seem less dull.

Yet, last night’s episode contained a totally major revelation. Jessie, the 17-year-old student at the Dwight School with ambitions to be a fashion publicist, informs her ex-boyfrenemy PC that “guests of guests do not bring guests.”

Let’s call it the Eleventh Commandment. This universal law — thou shalt not be a plus one of one who already is a plus one — must always be obeyed during New York Fashion Week, that special time of year when the B-list celebrities come out of hiding to collect $20,000 and sit in the front row of a 15-minute runway show for designers they’ve never heard of.

But before the big denouement, we learn a smaller — but no less important — life lesson about how to behave in front of the rich and famous.
